We believe that players win championship games when coaches facilitate the learning environment for players to adapt complex situations that top matches present. The game-like training is our first recipe at the start. Coaching staff wants players instantly engaged upon arrival. While playing, there must be constant transitions between phase of play. Both teams will attack and defend and learn transitional moments. We emphasize that training must mimic the natural flow of the real game. Looking to maximize performance excellence, we make problems more complex (get players out of comfort zone) by reduce space, reduce the number of touches players make, introduce time limits and play in numerical superiority.
